The Role of a Security Professional
We are seeking an experienced security professional to join our team. A security professional plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our hospital environment.
This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining a calm and safe environment, as well as the ability to respond effectively to incidents. You will be required to conduct regular patrols and follow established safety protocols.
* Maintain a visible presence to promote a safe hospital environment.
* Use professional judgment and situational awareness to respond to incidents.
* De-escalate challenging situations with a respectful approach.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience in security, emergency response, defence, or law enforcement.
* The ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
* A valid Private Security Individual Licence.
* National Police Check.
* Working with Children Check.
* First Aid Certificate HLTAID011.
