This role is for the person who:
Stays calm when three phones ring
Explains a 2,000 estimate without flinching to but with empathy
Notices what needs doing before anyone asks
Switches from kindness to efficiency in seconds
Thinks fast, cares deeply, and genuinely wants to help people and their pets
Some days you'll be:
The first reassuring voice someone hears when their dog is in trouble.
The steady presence for a worried family.
The calm in the middle of controlled chaos.
If that energises you to not scares, you to you're probably our person.
This is a key position inside a high-performing clinic.
We support our vets so they can deliver outstanding patient care.
We protect the client experience because it matters to especially on the hard days.

You don't need veterinary experience.
You do need:
Confidence.
High standards.
Attention to detail.
The ability to think while talking.
Humour.
And a genuine desire to care for people during stressful moments.
We can train skill.
