Job Summary

We are currently recruiting across four brand new evolved roles:

* Guest Experience Lead oversees the floor and ensures all guests receive an exceptional in-store experience. They oversee technical product education and elevate performance on the floor through coaching, feedback, and supporting the team to achieve daily sales goals.
* Product Operations Lead drives the store's product strategy, overseeing product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts and manage all back-of-house product processes, ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised, and operationally ready. They provide coaching, deliver feedback, and support a world-class guest experience.
* Community Specialist executes the store's community strategy by engaging with the local community through relationship‐building events, product seeding, and visits to studios and partners. They develop and maintain meaningful relationships with ambassadors and key community partners. On the shop floor, they help deliver a world‐class guest experience and strengthen community connection.
* Visual Merchandising Specialist brings the store's visual merchandising strategy and standards to life. They execute and maintain product presentation, styling, and in‐store signage to optimise the guest experience. They oversee VM flips and mannequin styling and support a world‐class guest experience when working on the shop floor.

People Management

Team lead role indirectly responsible for subset of store employees on the floor or as delegated by Store Manager

Job Requirements

* Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the store which you are assigned to.

Availability

Willing to work a flexible schedule.

Other Willingness Requirements

* Willing to work as part of a team and also complete work independently.
* Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.

Job Assets (i.e., nice to have; not required)

* Education: High School or Secondary School diploma, equivalent or above
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience: 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience (supervisor or people management not necessary)
