Clinical Nurse Specialist - Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
This is a permanent, full-time role within our Child and Adolescent Community Mental Health team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, comprehensive specialist mental health services to children and adolescents within a specified regional area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively contribute to the clinical leadership and management of the Child and Adolescent Community Mental Health team.
* Develop, monitor and evaluate clinical outcome measures.
* Participate in multi-disciplinary team reviews and provide support to staff in developing clinical outcome measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience and demonstrated specialist level knowledge of contemporary mental health nursing.
* Proven ability to provide a range of assessments and therapeutic interventions relevant for children, adolescents and families accessing services.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.

* Salary: $106,570 to $112,440 per annum.
