to lead our Early Learning Centre and Outside School Hours Care programs in Alice Springs.

About The Role As Director, you will oversee the daily operations of both the
Early Learning Centre (ELC)
and
Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
programs, ensuring high-quality care, compliance and engaging learning experiences for children.
You will work closely with the
College Principal
while leading a supportive team that includes an
Early Childhood Teacher in the ELC
and a
Team Leader in OSHC .
Programs operate in line with the
Early Years Learning Framework, My Time Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards .
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ELC and OSHC programs
Ensure services operate in line with policies, regulations and quality standards
Support and mentor staff to deliver engaging, child-focused programs
Work collaboratively with the Principal on program planning and evaluation
Foster positive relationships with children, families and staff
Provide direct care and support to children as required
About You You will be a passionate early childhood professional who enjoys leading teams and creating positive learning environments.
Essential Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
NT Working With Children (Ochre) Card
Senior First Aid Certificate
Demonstrated leadership experience in an early childhood setting
Strong communication skills with children, families and staff
Ability to lead programs based on children’s strengths and interests
Confidence using computers and digital systems
