What You'll Be Doing
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical systems across high‐speed production lines
* Execute preventative and predictive maintenance to minimise downtime
* Diagnose faults quickly and implement effective, lasting solutions
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement
* Uphold strict safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times
What We're Looking For
* Trade Qualified Fitter (Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade)
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a high‐demands manufacturing environment (FMCG, pharma, or similar)
* Background working with automated systems, conveyors, packaging machinery, or process equipment
* Robust fault‐finding skills and a proactive approach to problem‐solving
* Experience working under rigorous safety and quality systems (e.g. GMP)
* A team‐first attitude with the ability to work autonomously when needed
