About the Role
Step into a leadership role supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and shaping high-quality patient care.
* Support daily operations and mentor nursing staff
* Drive practice improvements and implement new initiatives
* Manage staffing, rosters, leave and work allocation
* Monitor budgets, resources and supply needs
* Build strong relationships across the team and wider health network
About You
You are a motivated nurse ready to lead, support and inspire a high-performing team.
* Hold current registration or eligibility with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
* Communicate clearly and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
* Demonstrate competence in nursing practice and patient-centred care
* Supervise and guide junior staff and students with confidence
* Apply knowledge of legislation, standards and quality improvement systems
