We're looking for a Retail 12V Sales Manager to lead the charge in-store and drive serious growth across our 12V and Refrigeration categories.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who backs themselves, backs their team, and knows how to turn product knowledge into sales performance.
What you'll be doing
As the Retail 12V Sales Manager, you'll own, drive and deliver sales growth while setting the standard on the shop floor. You'll work side by side with the Retail Sales Manager, sharing responsibility for overall store revenue while taking full ownership of your category performance.
This role is about action, presence and execution. Planning happens off the floor, but success is built through strong leadership, customer conversations, coaching and closing.
You'll be:
* Owning the performance of our 12V and Refrigeration ranges
* Driving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
* Lifting conversion, average order value and items per sale
* Coaching and developing a high-performing sales team
* Leading from the front through your own sales and customer interactions
* Being visible, involved and engaged on the sales floor
* Spotting opportunities and acting fast to maximise results
* Working with the Retail Business Manager on rosters, VM and showroom standards
* Building repeat customers by being a trusted outdoor expert
What we're looking for
You'll be leading the sales engine of the store and setting the standard every shift.
You'll be:
* Owning year-on-year sales growth
* Driving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
* Lifting conversion, average order value, IPS and attachments
* Leading and coaching a high-performing sales team
* Spending the majority of your time on the sales floor
* Leading by example through your own sales and double-closing
* Identifying opportunities and acting fast to maximise results
* Adjusting rosters with the Retail Business Manager to match demand
* Analysing performance and coaching to KPIs
* Supporting showroom standards, replenishment and VM
* Driving repeat business through expert product knowledge
* Owning your categories and pushing them beyond growth targets
What we're looking for

* Strong commercial instincts and a results-driven mindset
* Comfortable coaching teams and lifting performance
* Passion for 4WD, touring, camping or outdoor gear (or the hunger to learn fast)
