This is a varied role where you will deal directly with clients, senior level stakeholders, and colleagues daily offering support across event management, order processing, posting adverts, supplier engagement, meet & greet, vendor liaison, front of house, and general admin duties.
Given the nature of the work you will work closely with an experienced team of EA's which will further your knowledge in this space - if this is an area that you're looking to move into then this role will provide you with that exposure as you will provide crucial support to their duties and learn what it is that they do.

We're looking for someone who is highly articulate, engaging, and ready to be the face of the organisation - you'll often be the first person that visitors / callers engage with, so we want you to make their experience memorable.
You don't need to have performed this role for years as they're a business that encourages people at the early stages of their career, so you only need approx. 12 months in a similar role.
You will be someone who loves building relationships and be driven to provide outstanding customer service. You'll also be confident with MS Office. There are multiple opportunities across the business, so we'd love for you to have that in mind.
