The important parts: Pay: $37-40 per hour Super | ⏳ Duration: Immediate start, 3-6-month contract (potential for extension) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm | 38 hrs per week What you will be required to do: You’ll support a high‑volume operational team responsible for validating technician claims under the NBN Field Module Contract. This is a detail‑focused, process‑driven role suited to someone who enjoys working through structured workflows while collaborating virtually with internal teams and field technicians. Managing a daily queue of 60–70 work orders Reviewing and validating technician claims (mobilisation, LAFHA) Auditing supporting evidence to ensure NBN compliance standards are met Extracting and analysing data from spreadsheets and operational systems Updating claim and work order statuses to “resolved” or “disputed” Communicating with technicians to obtain missing or amended documentation Maintaining accurate records to support timely payment processing To be successful in the role you will: Have experience in administration, claims processing, or compliance‑based roles Be highly detail‑oriented and comfortable with repetitive, high‑volume work Possess strong written communication skills when dealing with technicians Be confident working independently while collaborating via Microsoft Teams Have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including working with large data sets Telecommunications or NBN / Field Module experience is highly regarded What’s on offer for you: A stable 3–6 month contract with potential for extension Autonomous role with virtual team collaboration Clear processes, training, and defined daily workflows Initial onboarding and equipment pickup in North Sydney, then remote working options
