About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join the business as a Manager in Training, stepping into a comprehensive, hands-on learning pathway with a clear line of sight to Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager roles.
Working across multiple store locations within a 30-minute drive radius, the successful candidate will gain exposure to all core areas of the business, including Retail, Finance, Buying, Online and Jewellery.
This is a full-time, permanent position working – no late nights or public holidays.
Extensive support and training will be provided over a 12-month program, designed to set future leaders up for long-term success in the business.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a big box or multi-department environment
Exposure to managing managers or large teams
Coachable and open to learning in a new industry
Strong with analytics, reporting and interpreting KPIs
A people-first approach to leadership and team development
Passionate about retail operations and financial services
Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
Tech-savvy with a curiosity for systems and processes
Ability and willingness to travel between sites within a 45-minute radius
Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
Full working rights in Australia
Willingness to complete pre-employment checks (Police, ASIC, Medical)
