Accommodation & Base Reception
team members to join our onsite operations.
In this front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for Defence personnel and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, managing accommodation bookings, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and administrative services across the base.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to Defence personnel, contractors, and visitors
Manage accommodation bookings, check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records
Respond to guest enquiries and coordinate maintenance or housekeeping requests
Assist with base access, visitor management, and administrative duties
Ensure all tasks are completed in line with Defence and company standards
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times
Support a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all base users
What we're looking for
Experience in reception, front office, or accommodation administration (hospitality or Defence environment highly regarded)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accommodation booking systems (or willingness to learn)
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Reliable, professional, and committed to providing quality service
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement (Defence security clearance required)
