Role Description
The Commission‐Only Senior Sales Representative will focus on growing enrolment for the Diploma of Project Controls program in Australia. This is a practical, employer‐focused credential that is rapidly becoming the industry standard for planners, schedulers, engineers, etc.
We are hiring commission‐only, results‐driven sales professionals to sell cohorts and in‐company training packages of the Diploma of Project Controls into Energy, Construction, Defence, and Mining organisations. This is a remote, independent‐contractor role with flexible territories and significant upside for closers who can open doors with senior decision‐makers.
Note: This role can be located anywhere in Australia, with preferences in Victoria, Western Australia, Queensland, and New South Wales.
Key responsibilities
* Prospect and qualify buyers (Heads of Projects, Heads of Capital, L&D, Commercial, Project Directors, Site Managers)
* Run discovery conversations, present proposals and close cohort and pilot deals (virtual or onsite)
* Manage pipeline, forecast and document activity in our CRM
* Convert pilots into full cohorts and upsell multi‐site or multi‐cohort agreements
* Provide market feedback to refine offers, pricing and collateral
Who you are / what you bring
* Proven B2B sales track record selling training, consultancy, services or software into Energy, Construction or Mining
* Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders (CFOs, Heads of Projects, HR/L&D directors)
* Self‐motivated, disciplined and able to work remotely; willing to travel to client sites as required
* Strong hunter mentality - able to generate and develop leads independently
* Previous experience in selling Nationally Accredited Training programs (desireable)
* Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
* Commission only
* We provide product training, marketing collateral (one‐pagers, slide decks, case studies), proposal templates and CRM access.
* Warm leads from marketing campaigns and event activity.
