* A sales-driven strategist, adept at upselling, cross-selling, and achieving KPIs.

* A collaborative team player and strong communicator, passionate about fostering a positive and high-performing work environment that motivates and inspires
* Available to work a Thursday to Monday roster.
* Holding a LF forklift license is a strong advantage, helping you contribute to operational needs and enhance overall efficiency.
The Role
As our Assistant Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving store success through operational excellence, team leadership, and customer engagement.
Your Mission
* Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve daily and weekly targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies that drive success and surpass store KPIs.
* Ensure the store consistently looks flawless and operations run smoothly, from counter service to shift transitions, maintaining excellence at every step.
* Help oversee daily operations, including managing rosters, visual merchandising, and inventory, ensuring a seamless customer experience every time.
* Assist in coaching, inspiring, and leading the team to exceed individual goals, fostering a culture of growth and achievement that drives store success
* Create a vibrant, high-energy team environment, motivating every team member to perform at their best while maintaining a safe and enjoyable workplace.
* Set the standard by crafting exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression, ensuring customers return again and again.

* Base salary of $75,000 + super + commission
* Up to $42,000 per year in commission – yes, you read that right
