The Team Leader is responsible for managing the guest service department as a profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinates VIP movements with relevant Departments.
* Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions.
* Develops rosters, work schedules, and assignments based on business levels.
Some requirements include:
* Good Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
* At least 1 year of experience in a Guest Service Team leader role.
* Ability to work under pressure.
