The Warehouse Operator role is a full-time position, based at Cairns, QLD. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment, ensuring to Never Walk Past.
Provide exceptional customer service for all customers.
Assist in the day-to-day activities within the warehouse.
Stock movements and maintenance of stock.
Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
Unload inbound orders of stock.
Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers' vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
Ensure documentation, labeling and presentation of product is adhered to.
Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
A forklift licence is required to perform duties within the warehouse.
