Essential Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in business development and networking
* Home lending experience
* Exceptional sales skills with a strong member focus
* Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships
* The ability to conduct needs-based conversations
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
* The ability to make a positive contribution to the local community
* Strong lending experience is highly desirable
