This role is pivotal in establishing and embedding governance structures, aligning enterprise-wide planning and budgeting, and driving operational efficiency across a complex, matrixed organisation.If you thrive in environments that require both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain governance frameworks across COEs and regional teams to support clear decision-making and accountability.Lead strategic and budget planning processes, including business case development and operating model approvals.Partner with COE and regional leaders to align global strategies with local priorities and define decision-making roles.Establish and manage reporting structures to track engagement, progress, and effectiveness of governance initiatives.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process optimisation opportunities.Ensure governance structures support collaboration and strategic alignment across the enterprise.What We’re Looking For:We’re looking for a collaborative leader with a strong enterprise mindset and a passion for enabling strategic clarity and operational excellence.
