We are on the lookout for a mid level editor with a sharp eye for detail with experience across video and photo retouching.
Someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content for businesses in the hospitality and construction space.
This is a flexible, hybrid role, perfect for someone who thrives on creative variety, fast turnarounds, and clear briefs.
What You'll Be Doing
* Editing short-form and long-form video content (mainly for social media + website use)
* Adding captions, transitions, light motion graphics, and music
* Colour grading and sound design / audio balancing
* Retouching photos (for socials + brand content)
* File backup and organisation (Dropbox / folders / project files)
* Working closely with our creative team to deliver edits that match the tone, brand, and strategy of our clients
Project Management / Content Delivery
* Managing the workflow from brief → edit → review → revisions → final delivery
* Assigning tasks to offshore editors (where needed) and ensuring deadlines are met
* Reviewing edits before sending to the Director/client (basic quality control)
* Tracking revisions and ensuring files are correctly named, backed up, and stored
* Helping keep client projects running smoothly with clear communication
Admin + Organisation
* File backup and organisation
* Maintaining clean folder structures + version control
* Supporting the creative team to stay on schedule
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
* Have a strong track record using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Lightroom
* Can turn around video edits and photo edits within a timely manner
* Are proactive, communicative, and easy to work with
* Understand what makes content perform on social (hooks, pacing, formats)
* Have a solid eye for design, rhythm, and storytelling
* Bonus: experience editing hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, or construction content
