Due to continued growth at our Mackay site, we're seeking a Production Coordinator to drive planning, manage WIP, and keep operations running efficiently.
About Your Role
As the Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in aligning materials, resources, and schedules with forecasted work—reducing delays, improving delivery timelines, and supporting a high-performing workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate production schedules and planning
* Monitor and manage WIP to reduce bottlenecks and delays
* Ensure materials and resources are aligned with demand
* Work closely with operations, procurement, and warehouse teams
* Provide insights and reporting to support smarter, proactive decisions
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in planning role within a workshop or heavy industry environment
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
* SAP or ERP experience (highly regarded)
* Solutions-focused, adaptable, and proactive
Qualifications
* Engineering or Trade Qualifications will be highly regarded
