CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter with leadership skills for a project at the Tindal RAAF Base. Roles & Responsibilities: Interpret construction drawings and ensure works meet specifications. Coordinate daily carpentry tasks including framing, formwork, fix-outs, and fit-offs. Ensure compliance with defence site safety, security, and environmental protocols. Monitor work quality and ensure standards are met. Assist in planning and scheduling of materials, tools, and labour. Perform hands-on carpentry work where required. Maintain toolbox talks and site documentation as needed. Report progress, issues, and updates to site management. Ensure team adheres to Defence WHS and quality assurance standards. Our Ideal Candidates Australian Recognised Trade Qualified Carpentry Certificate (Mandatory) Minimum 5 years carpentry experience Leadership experience (preferred) Forklift licence (preferred) Ability to work independently whilst leading a crew DCAC pass or police check (or ability to obtain a clear check) Ability to pass a Hearing test (Mandatory) Own transport and valid Australian driver’s licence What's On Offer: Permanent, long-term employment providing job stability.
