Job Description 
Spread Joy by joining our Volunteer Team. The HammondCare Volunteer program provides opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the life of an older person, here in Hunter. 
As a Coffee Cart volunteer you’ll be assisting with making coffee for residents at Waratah. You’ll help operate a cart located inside the facility, serving guests and preparing hot beverages. 
Your impact 
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience for both the person you visit and you. Regular visits from volunteers can help improve quality of life and reduce feelings of isolation.

HammondCare participates in The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements 
- Ideally you’ll be available Monday mornings at Waratah, possibly 9:45am – 11:45am for 6 months or longer. We’re happy to discuss a suitable day and time. 
- 18 years or older 
- National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare 
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
