Hardy Electrical and Solar is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations across residential and commercial solar and electrical projects. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in the electrical or solar industry, looking to drive performance, efficiency, and quality across our growing team.

Hardy Electrical and Solar is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations across residential and commercial solar and electrical projects. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in the electrical or solar industry, looking to drive performance, efficiency, and quality across our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the business, from sales support through to project delivery
* Assist the sales team with technical input, quoting, and solution design
* Manage installation teams and ensure all works are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Develop and improve internal systems and processes to increase productivity
* Manage procurement and stock control
* Enforce a high level of safety compliance and quality assurance across all projects
* Keep the business up to date with current industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies
About You:
* Proven experience in the solar and/or electrical industry is essential
* Ideally a qualified electrician or electrical engineer (or equivalent experience)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Confident in operational planning and problem solving
* In-depth understanding of solar systems, batteries, and general electrical work
* Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
