The role

Wellify Property Care is a trusted provider of high-quality residential cleaning and garden maintenance across multiple states in Australia. We are growing year-on-year and looking for a proactive Coordinator to support our operations in South Australia.

If you have experience in administration, customer service or coordinator like roles and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, then we would love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Coordinator at Wellify Property Care, you will assist our Account Manager by playing a key role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, customer service, and scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate schedules, bookings, and workflow for our residential cleaning teams
  • Assist with general administration tasks, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Communicate with clients and staff to ensure service delivery runs smoothly
  • Support management with ad-hoc tasks as required
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrator, or coordinator like roles
  • Robust communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to our scheduling software
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
