About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Client Services & Sales Coordinator position based in Artarmon, NSW at Sareen Stone .
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the face of our brand - managing client inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You’ll support our clients through every step of their journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial contact through to order processing and delivery.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and enjoys a blend of customer service, sales support, and operational coordination.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Being thefirst point of contactfor clients via phone and in our showroom
* Managingcustomer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries
* Assisting the sales team withquotes, sales orders, and client follow-ups
* Ensuring theshowroom is always welcoming and well-presented
* Handlingstock inquiries, sample requests, and liaising with suppliers
* KeepingZoho CRM up to datewith accurate client information
* Coordinating deliveries with transport companies, warehouses, and freight providers
* Supporting theManaging Directorwith administrative tasks as needed
About You
* Strong customer service skills– friendly, professional, and solution-oriented
* Excellent organisation & attention to detail– you thrive on keeping things running smoothly
* Great communication skills– confident on the phone and in person
* Commercially aware mindset– ability to identify sales opportunities
* Tech-savvy– experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) is a plus, proficient with Microsoft Office suite
* Experience in the building, construction, or design industryis a bonus but not essential
