The Role:
Working alongside an outstanding leasing consultant, you will be a part of a team ‘in tune’ with the diverse and vibrant nature of the Western Suburbs. Monday – Friday, you will be responsible for:
Managing an extremely neat & tidy portfolio of only 180 properties
Communicating with landlords and tenants when required
Conducting ingoing & outgoing inspections
Complete repairs & maintenance management
Arrears control
Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
Working towards targets and KPI’s
NO weekends, NO leasing and NO accounts
The Candidate:
Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred
A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
A solid team player and happy to offer support when needed
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
