The Collaboration Platform Specialist / Lead is responsible for the design, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the organisation's collaboration platforms across Atlassian Cloud, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
The role is accountable for day‑to‑day Atlassian administration, business‑facing SharePoint configuration, other existing work management, collaboration systems and end-user experience of emerging AI tools.
In this role you will,
Administer and configure Atlassian Cloud across projects, workflows, permissions, notifications, SLAs, and automations.
Design and maintain standard templates, workflow libraries, naming conventions, taxonomy, and manage archiving/lifecycle for projects and sites.
Model and maintain Assets/CMDB schemas; align service catalogue and request offerings to business needs.
Operate platform product management: intake/triage, backlog prioritisation, publish roadmaps, change calendars, and release notes.
Provide Level 3 support; interface with Incident, Problem, and Change processes; implement preventative improvements.
Measure and report on adoption, CSAT, SLAs, KPIs; ensure data quality for reporting (e.g., Power BI/Fabric).
Partner with business units to deliver enablement materials and training; lead or contribute to workshops and translate requirements into supportable configurations.
What you need to succeed
Demonstrated experience administering Atlassian Cloud (Jira Software, JSM including Assets, Confluence; Rovo desirable).
Strong configuration skills across workflows, screens/fields, schemes, permissions, notifications, SLAs, automation, forms/portals and integrations.
Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining modern SharePoint sites/pages, navigation, information architecture and templates.
Experience improving knowledge management and self‑service across Confluence/JSM/SharePoint.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or comparable LLM chat experiences, including prompt design and content quality techniques.
Proven stakeholder engagement and change/adoption leadership in a shared‑services or multi‑brand context.
Working knowledge of ITIL service management and ISO 9001/27001/31000 principles, and RFFR context.
