The Company Our client is a recognised Australian FMCG in the consumer goods & retail/wholesale space. They have a very strong brand and reputation due to an outstanding product range, quality goods at an affordable price. Due to a busy time of year, they are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Officer to join the team on a 12 month contract (with a view to going permanent). The Role You will be working closely with the Sales & Marketing teams in a varied & busy role. Main responsibilities include: Responding to inbound inquiries and providing excellent customer service Outbound follow up calls to prospective clients Contact potential clients through social media Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and the timely completion of tasks Maintaining accurate and up to date records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system - HubSpot Providing support for special projects and initiatives as required Preferred Experience The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally FMCG, distribution, and sales. You will have: HubSpot experience a plus Experience in a sales or customer service role Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively We are looking for someone that has the ability to start ASAP.
