POSITION
* Maintain a case load of client families and provide short term intervention (maximum of 6 weeks intervention period). This will include families from Indigenous, non-Indigenous and culturally diverse backgrounds.
* Successfully engage families in a timely manner and gain their consent to refer into appropriate services.
* Discuss child protection concerns and complete necessary safety planning with families and children.
* Identify and respond to child protection risk.
* Manage challenging conversations around child protection worries.
* Conduct needs assessments with families and children.
* Temporary backfill until 31 December 2026 with possible extension.
* Level 4 under the SCHCADS award.
* Open to all suitably qualified internal candidates.
