FULL TIME BALLARAT ROSTERING & CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER WANTED

Simply Helping is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Client Services Officer to join our Rostering Team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for Service Users, coordinating service requests, scheduling Support Workers, maintaining accurate records, and delegating concerns appropriately—all while being sensitive to the needs and vulnerabilities of others.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, looking to build their career in the community care sector with full on the job training provided. Industry experience would be an advantage but not a requirement.

Simply Helping Central Highlands and Djerriwarrh is a Registered NDIS provider offering in-home care and support to individuals with disabilities, the ageing community, and private clients. We assist with daily living tasks, social and recreational activities, and empower individuals to achieve their goals.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children's Check
* COVID-19 Booster & Influenza Vaccination Status

SKILLS & QUALS:

* Certificate III/IV Business Admin/Community Services or equivalent education
* Minimum 2 years of relevant industry-based administration experience
* Working knowledge of Carelink or another rostering systems
* Awareness of SCHADS Award and Fair Work practices

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Respond as the point of contact for enquiries, ensuring professional communication via both phone and email.
* Action service requests, rosters, and data entry of confidential information.
* Engage proactively with Service Users and Support Workers to ensure positive outcomes.
* Monitor and maintain accurate scheduling for payroll and invoicing.
* Provide compliance support.
* Monitor and respond to the after-hours support line on a rotating roster.

Your role will require you to report ON SITE to our Simply Helping Central Highlands and Djerriwarrh office in Ballarat East on Monday to Friday from 9.00am - 5.00pm.
