Job Description
Reporting to the Head of VET and Operations, the Training Manager is responsible for implementing strategic directions within the educational services team and overseeing day-to-day delivery and assessment functions of the group's VET courses including:
* Lead and manage vocational education delivery, including course delivery, assessment, marking, and student support
* Ensure compliance with vocational training standards, accreditation requirements, and quality assurance processes
* Oversee course development, review, and continuous improvement, incorporating student feedback
* Manage assessment processes and student outcomes, including moderation, validation, RPL/CT, appeals, and at-risk student support
* Lead, develop, and manage vocational education staff, while contributing to strategic planning and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
* At least a Bachelor qualification.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
* Current and ongoing membership of relevant industry association/s.
* At least 3 years industry experience in an education, allied health, counselling and/or community services environment.
* Demonstrated ongoing professional development and team leadership experience, with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills and a customer-focused approach

* Applicants must be willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police (AFP) Check.
* Applicants must hold a valid employee Working with Children Check (or be willingness to obtain)
