Your Role as a Skilled Labourer
As a Skilled Labourer, you'll be hands-on in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across civil assets. Working under the direction of a Team Leader or Leading Hand, you'll take on a variety of physical tasks that help keep our infrastructure safe and functional.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Performing maintenance and repair work on roads and stormwater systems
* Operating tools and machinery safely and effectively
* Managing traffic control and site safety
* Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
* Providing courteous service to residents and road users
What You'll Bring
We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.
To be successful, you'll need:
* A valid Class C Driver's Licence and White Card (WHS Induction)
* Experience in civil construction, maintenance, or similar fields
* Skills in concrete finishing and asphalt laying
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Your ability to think critically, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a positive team culture will be key to your success.

* Hours of work: Permanent full time 38 hours per week - 9 day fortnight
