This is a permanent part-time position (0.6 FTE) in a hybrid working model, based in our Melbourne office.Role focus: IT Project Manager with a focus on Microsoft M365, on-premise infrastructure, Azure, and network, to lead projects delivering Managed Support Services to diverse NFP and community sector clients.ResponsibilitiesProject management of end-to-end technology transition projects for customers.Oversee configuration, migration, and implementation of Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, and telephony systems.Manage planning, execution, and upgrades of network infrastructure to support technology operations.Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors, providing updates and ensuring smooth communication throughout project lifecycles.Identify risks and challenges, proactively addressing them to ensure timely and successful delivery.Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations through testing and validation processes.About youTo succeed in this role at Infoxchange, you will demonstrate:A track record of successful project management, ideally in the NFP, community, or IT sectors.Experience planning and managing technology projects such as network builds, office relocations, Teams telephony rollout, security uplift, use-case deployment and configuration, and cloud migration.Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and experience creating and maintaining project plans and schedules.Knowledge of and experience with information project management frameworks (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK).
Ability to manage project scope, change, and risk; stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and negotiation skills.Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position.What do we offer?
