Are you a master of organisation, a communication powerhouse, and a trusted right-hand to senior leaders? We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our executive team and help drive strategic initiatives forward in the dynamic world of civil construction.

 What You'll Do
 * Be the gatekeeper of schedules, meetings, and travel logistics
 * Prepare high-impact reports, presentations, and correspondence
 * Liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
 * Support project tracking, contract documentation, and tender submissions
 * Champion safety by upholding WHS protocols and compliance standards
 What You Bring
 * 3–5 years' experience supporting senior executives
 * A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or similar
 * Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with construction software
 * Impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset
 * Experience in civil construction or infrastructure sectors (highly regarded)
