ABOUT THE COMPANY
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Commercial Lead has accountability for developing and implementing commercial strategy for the Solid Tumors portfolio in Australia.
The role will lead the development of marketing & sales plans to achieve successful product launches and deliver business' objectives, including managing budget and delivering the agreed revenue target and business plan. This role is a key leadership position, leading both the marketing and sales team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement relevant brand strategy, sales, and marketing plans to ensure achievement of commercial objectives, in line with the overall strategy, including omnichannel marketing activities into the overarching brand strategy
- Shape and execute omnichannel strategies, and marketing campaigns, with strong cross functional partnership and collaboration
- Leverage insights and key metrics to shape and adapt executional plans in an agile way
- Identify business growth opportunities and risks based on customer insights, competitive and market trends
- Drive alignment across whole Solid Tumors team, to ensure field execution plans are strongly aligned to broader strategy
- Drive executional performance through regular Account Reviews to track progress against account/project plan milestones, actions, and targets, adjusting where needed
- Create a positive, winning mindset and motivational working environment
- Coach the team to deliver on their objectives, identifying personal development and growth areas, and supporting their personal and career development
- Develop key external partnerships with customers, KOLs and other key external stakeholders

Experience or qualifications that are critical to this position:
- Preferred minimum education: University/bachelor's degree or Equivalent
- Preferred area of study: Business and Healthcare
- Preferred related industry experience: 10-12+ years related commercial experience
- Other: Relevant industry experience in Pharmaceuticals sector; New product launch and Digital/Omnichannel experience.
