Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality HR consultancy services, including analysis of trends and metrics to diagnose business needs and issues.
* Supporting work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention by offering tailored solutions and initiatives.
* Partnering with key stakeholders to drive recruitment efforts and ensure successful onboarding processes.
* Collaborating with the HR department to identify and address employee relations matters, legislative compliance concerns, and engagement opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience working within manufacturing or blue-collar industries.
* Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Prior experience in an HR-related capacity.
