Interactive training developer / technical writer (kent town)

Stratco is seeking an Interactive Training Developer – ERP Systems to play a pivotal role in our major ERP implementation project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical writing background and a passion for creating engaging, web‐based training content.

In this role, you will develop and manage dynamic, interactive training materials that support users through the transition to new systems and processes. While prior experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) is a plus, we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt and take ownership of this powerful tool. Based in our Kent Town office, with occasional travel to other locations as required.

• Design and develop engaging, interactive content using Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) to support end‐user training on ERP systems and enhance user adoption and confidence.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure content is aligned with project timelines and business goals.
• Integrate training content seamlessly into ERP systems to maximize learning effectiveness for specific user roles.
• Work closely with the Training Lead, Super Users, and SMEs to ensure learning content meets business needs and addresses any gaps in system knowledge.
• Monitor and analyse user feedback and engagement data to continuously improve and refine the training experience.

• Strong technical skills with experience in developing training content for complex systems (ERP experience highly regarded).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance interactive content and fully leverage OGL functionality.
• Experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) or similar platforms is preferred, but not essential.
• Proven ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and technologies.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and adapt content to suit varied learning styles.
• Experience in a training, content development, or change management role is desirable.
• A proactive, improvement‐focused mindset, with a passion for user enablement and ensuring the success of ERP system adoption.
