The Role
We are looking for a Consultant – Change Management to join our Change practice. You’ll partner with clients to deliver people-centred change that enables transformation programs across sectors such as utilities, health, infrastructure, and resources.
Responsibilities
- Deliver change management workstreams including stakeholder engagement, communications, impact analysis, and readiness.
- Support operating model and organisational design initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to co-design transformation outcomes.
- Contribute to proposals and business development activity.
- Build trusted relationships with clients as a Cathara ambassador.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in change management.
- 2–5 years’ experience in management consulting or advisory roles, ideally focused on change management or transformation.
- Robust communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, HR, psychology or related discipline.
- Change management certification (Prosci, CMI, ACMP) desirable but not essential.
- Initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
