Your key responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols Conducting client assessments, developing care plans, and reviewing them as needed Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately Managing wound care, catheter care, chronic disease monitoring, and post-hospital support Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers as required Liaising with families, allied health professionals, and medical practitioners to ensure continuity of care Documenting all care provided and observations in compliance with standards Responding to changes in client condition with sound clinical judgement and timely escalation Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for each client Supporting clients through palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism What We’re Looking For Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia Experience in home care, aged care, community health, or hospital nursing Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills A commitment to holistic, person-centred care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel locally to provide in-home care Availability Monday to Friday during the day to complete assessments Ability to commence as soon as possible is highly regarded If you’re a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact and support our nation’s veterans, we’d love to hear from you.
