MACA Mining are on the lookout for experienced Blast Hole Drillers to join the team at Karlawinda Gold Project, located just outside Newman.
As a Driller at Karlawinda, you’ll be behind the controls of Epiroc T45 rigs, working as part of a strong and steady crew that keeps production moving. This is a long-life, established operation, the kind of site where you can settle in, find your rhythm and know you’ve got ongoing work with a company that backs its people.

Key Responsibilities
- Drill holes to the right depth and angle as per the drill plan
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and report any equipment issues
- Adjust drilling based on ground conditions
- Follow all safety rules and site procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of ground conditions and drilling techniques
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a production mining open pit workplace
- Epiroc T45 experience
- Current Manual WA drivers licence
- HR licence advantageous
