Job Description
Civil Engineering Technician Phillip Riley is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities
* Assisting in cost estimation in support of Civil Engineering tasks.
* Interpreting work assignment guidelines and performing tests on building materials for civil engineering work.
* Creating drawings and tables and selecting the right equipment and appropriate procedures.
* Examining civil engineering sites and arranging maintenance and repair work.
* Gathering data, analysing and performing calculations.
* Assessing material costs and verifying that completed projects comply with specifications, regulations and contract terms.
* Gathering data for traffic surveys and carrying out tests on construction materials and soils in both laboratory and field environments.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Extensive technical knowledge.
* Interpersonal skills.
Salary
Salary: $87,500 - $107,500 plus superannuation
