Job Overview
We are seeking Home Care Workers to provide home help services to our aged care clients in Brisbane North.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide home help services to clients with a focus on dignity and respect.
* Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
* Prepare meals and snacks for clients.
* Support clients with medication management.
Requirements:
* Aged Care qualification (Certificate III or IV).
* Experience working with older adults in a care setting.
* Current First Aid certificate.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
