Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, ensuring that projects are effectively initiated and meticulously monitored to maintain quality control, adhere to scope and schedules.
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex projects from initiation through to successful completion, including planning, execution and monitoring.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, that align with organisational skills, enhance employee capabilities and address future workforce needs.
* Experience in designing, optimising and implementing processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Gather, analyse and interpret data to drive informed decision-making and evaluate project outcomes.
2. Develop and implement creative solutions to address challenges and drive organisational improvements.
3. Assess internal and external factors that impact projects and strategies, with the ability to adapt plans based on environmental changes.
