About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Care Manager to join an outstanding Aged Care Group that is Australian family-owned and operated. For over 20 years and have been renowned for providing quality aged care across QLD, NSW and VIC.
We are looking for an individual with motivation and drive, knowledge of ACFI and accreditation standards, and experience with budgetary control to join the team to maintain services and values by promoting best practices. This position would be well suited for that person wanting to take the next step in their career.

Successful applicants will possess:
Current registration with AHPRA
Managerial experience in an Aged Care setting
Ability to successfully lead and motivate a team
Sound has proven written and verbal communication skills
An excellent understanding and working knowledge of ACFI and Accreditation
Comprehensive computer skills
