Wyndham Health Foundation is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Fundraising and Donor Manager to help shape the future of community healthcare in one of Australia's fastest growing municipalities.
This newly created role represents an exciting opportunity to help build the Foundation's fundraising capability and develop meaningful relationships with donors, partners and community leaders who share a commitment to improving health outcomes across the City of Wyndham.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of a strategic fundraising program focused on major donors, corporate partnerships, bequests and long-term philanthropic relationships.
As the Foundation transitions from predominantly event-based fundraising to a more mature, relationship-driven model, this role will play a central part in establishing the systems, partnerships and donor engagement strategies that will support the organisation's long-term sustainability and growth.
The role works closely with the CEO and a small, collaborative team responsible for community engagement, partnerships and communications.

Established in 1993, Wyndham Health Foundation is the City of Wyndham's dedicated health foundation, supporting public hospitals and healthcare services across the region.
Over the past three decades the Foundation has invested more than $2 million into local health initiatives, medical equipment, research and community wellbeing programs.
As Wyndham continues to grow rapidly, the need for strong local healthcare services has never been more important. The Foundation works alongside health providers, community organisations and donors to ensure that residents have access to high-quality, inclusive healthcare services.

About the Role
This is a senior role suited to an experienced fundraiser who enjoys building trusted relationships and developing sustainable fundraising programs that deliver long-term community impact.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the development and delivery of the Foundation's fundraising strategy
* Building and managing a pipeline of major donors and philanthropic supporters
* Developing corporate partnerships and workplace giving opportunities
* Establishing a structured bequest and legacy giving program
* Strengthening donor stewardship and retention
* Working closely with the CEO and broader team to align fundraising, communications and community engagement
This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build systems, relationships and programs that support the Foundation's long-term impact.
The role offers significant scope for the successful candidate to help shape the future direction of fundraising at Wyndham Health Foundation.
About You
We are seeking a fundraising professional who is motivated by community impact and relationship building.
You will ideally bring:
* experience in major donor or relationship-based fundraising
* strong stakeholder engagement and partnership development skills
* experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies
* strong organisational, communication and reporting capability
* the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Experience within health, community or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded.
