About the role
Able Australia is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join and mentor our passionate team of Business Partners. In this high-impact role, supported by the National Manager Business Partnering, you'll lead complex employee and industrial relations matters, support enterprise agreement implementation, and drive key people projects across our national organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Lead exciting and strategic projects that boost our workforce capability
* Be the coach leaders turn to for advice on legislation and people best practices
* Build manager confidence in performance, development, and team culture
* Shape organisational practices that align with legislation, and bring our values to life
* Influence enterprise bargaining strategies and partner with unions to support collaboration
* Get hands-on with enterprise bargaining planning and rollouts
* Support and mentor a team of People & Culture BPs to level up their capability
You'll be at the heart of strategic transformation, helping us grow, putting our people first, and supporting a workplace where everyone can truly thrive.
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
* Experience as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, or People & Culture Business Partner
* Sound knowledge of legislative frameworks applicable to employment arrangements (NES, Enterprise Agreements, FW Rulings)
* Experience in industrial and employee relations, including high-level negotiation and dispute resolution skills, within a complex organisational environment
* Relevant experience, skills and qualifications with the ability to apply a range of management styles and strategies.
* Knowledge and experience in strategic and operational Human Resources requirements including recruitment, employee relations, safety, employee engagement and development, and change management.
* High level written and spoken communication skills, including demonstrated ability to coach and be a knowledgeable resource
