Overview
Ayers Rock Resort – Yulara, NT is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to live and work onsite. This role supports the Technical Services team by coordinating maintenance activities across the resort, including managing work orders, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring maintenance operations run efficiently across the property.
Key Duties
* Raise, schedule and track preventative, corrective and compliance maintenance work orders
* Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance schedules for technicians across the resort
* Support preventative maintenance planning and respond to urgent maintenance requests
* Maintain accurate asset records, documentation and reporting within the CMMS system
* Coordinate contractors, fleet servicing and maintenance activities
* Assist with stores management including purchasing, stock control and tool registers
* Work closely with technicians, supervisors and other departments to ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and safely
This role plays a key part in ensuring the resort's infrastructure and facilities are maintained to a high operational standard.
About You
* Organized, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
* Experience in facilities maintenance coordination, asset management or contractor management
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Experience using maintenance systems, CMMS platforms or work order systems
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of safety and compliance requirements in operational environments
Experience in resort operations, facilities management, construction, logistics or similar environments will be highly regarded.
