Key roles and responsibilities include managing the daily operations of stores, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and regulatory requirements are met. This includes inspecting and receiving inventory items into stores, as well as tracking inventory to meet regulatory standards.
* Develop a plan for ordering and replenishing inventory as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Manage equipment used in support of aircraft under certified air control or ownership.
* Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met related to the Stores department.
* Satisfy position requirements of Stores Coordinator, as described in relevant manuals and procedures.
* Monitor non-aircraft related inventory levels, such as office supplies, paper products, consumables, etc. Replenish stock as required.

Required Skills
* 2+ years in similar role
* Experience in warehousing and inventory management, including but not limited to receiving, dispatch, freight handling, purchasing and issuing of stock
* Aviation experience preferred
