Product Support Role
The Product Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to customers and the internal business.
This position involves collaborating with the national Product Support team and the Service team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
* Provide phone and face-to-face support to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
* Carry out off-site repairs and provide after-hours service to customers, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Conduct operator familiarisation and internal technical support, promoting a culture of excellence within the organisation.
* Fault-find and troubleshoot technical problems, applying analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
* Maintain knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
* Work collaboratively with the development and upgrade teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will require:
* A trade qualification, demonstrating your expertise in a relevant field.
* Hands-on experience with Terex Franna Cranes and proven product knowledge, showcasing your understanding of the equipment.
* Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, highlighting your ability to apply theoretical concepts in practice.
* Crane CN or higher and intermediate rigging tickets, indicating your commitment to safety and professionalism.
* Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
* The ability to work effectively in both office and field environments, adapting to changing situations with ease.
