Job Description:
* Deliver outstanding customer experience at all times, ensuring that every customer interaction is professional, courteous, and exceeds their expectations.
* Process customer enquiries and complaints promptly, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identify parts and components of various vehicles, utilizing knowledge and expertise to provide accurate information to customers.
* Manage stock control and storage processes, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency in inventory management.
* Conduct transactions via phone, online, and face-to-face, handling sales, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements:
* A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to completing a three-year apprenticeship program.
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers.
* Professional presentation at all times, adhering to company standards and policies.
